Fotona 4D Non Surgical Laser Face Lift

The Fotona 4D non-surgical face lift is a comprehensive, non-invasive laser treatment designed to tighten, volumize, and rejuvenate the skin without any incisions, needles, or downtime. The “4D” refers to four sequential laser modalities layered in a single session, combining two complementary wavelengths (Er:YAG and Nd:YAG). By treating the face from both the inside of the mouth and the outside of the skin, it stimulates full-thickness collagen remodeling to improve structural sagging, fine lines, and overall skin texture

Step 1: SmoothLiftin™ (Intraoral Tightening)

The benefit: The deep tissue absorbs the gentle heat energy efficiently, causing immediate contraction of the collagen fibers. This builds volume from within to plump up and smooth out nasolabial folds (smile lines) while firming the lower jawline.

How it works: The laser is applied from inside the mouth to target the oral mucosa.

Step 2: FRAC3® (Deep Rejuvenation)

• How it works: A fractional laser targets the deep dermal layer of the outer skin.
• The benefit: This step creates microscopic, localized spikes of heat that selectively treat skin imperfections while preserving the surrounding healthy tissue. It stimulates new collagen production to improve deep skin elasticity, target pigment spots, and reduce redness or vascular issues.

Step 3: PIANO® (Skin Tightening)

• How it works: The laser delivers super-long, controlled pulses of heat from the outside in, safely raising tissue temperature to therapeutic levels.
• The benefit: It provides deep, bulk tissue heating that reaches the mid-to-deep dermis. This acts like an “all-over tightening blanket,” causing full-thickness tissue contraction that lifts sagging skin and contours the entire face.

Step 4: SupErficial™ (Light Laser Peel)

• How it works: A light, precise, cold laser peel is applied to the most superficial layer of the skin.
• The benefit: It gently removes dead surface skin cells to trigger natural cell turnover. This smooths out rough texture, minimizes fine lines and large pores, and leaves the patient with a bright, radiant, “pearl-like” skin finish.

Fotona Gentle Micro-Laser Peel

Fotona’s Er:YAG (Erbium-doped yttrium-aluminum-garnet) laser typically emit light with a wavelength of 2940nm, which is infrared light. This wavelength is selectively absorbed by water in the skin cells, allowing extremely precise ablation of the epidermis. Skin tightening and collagen elastin production i the result as new skin forms.

Fotona’s technology allows the technician to choose different modes of operation, ranging from cold ablation to a combined ablative and thermal treatment, and even a completely thermal, non-ablative skin rejuvenation deep in the dermis. Fotona Er:YAG lasers provide the practitioner with the widest possible range of skin rejuvenation treatments (collagen remodeling, skin tightening, light peels, etc.).

During the procedure, you will feel a warm sensation on your skin during the treatment, but you won’t need any pain medication or numbing during the procedure.
