How does microneedling (Microneedle Therapy System-MTS) work?
Microneedling helps the skin rejuvenate by triggering collagen and elastin synthesis so that your skin can keep its elasticiy and firmess. Reduced wrinkles and glowing skin will make you look years younger. A micro-needling device is used with special single-use cartridge needles to create micro-injuries to the skin that causes the body to naturally heal and create new collagen and elastin. It doesn’t cause a lot of trauma to the skin, so there is no need for numbing. It feels like sandpaper being run across the skin.
Microneedling with Vitamin Enriched Serums
Our microneedling is combined with concentrated sterile, single-use serums that help with various skin conditions like acne, different types of scarring, discoloration, wrinkles and fine lines, enlarged pores, broken capillaries, and even stretch marks. We typically use plant based stem cells and hyaluronic acid as a base, then add on other active ingredients that target different skin concerns you may have.
While microneedling is known for its skin rejuvenating effects, it can also be used for HAIR GROWTH. There’s even evidence that it can help a special type of hair loss known as alopecia areata. Microneedling is used to stimulate dermal papilla, or the stem cells in hair follicles, to encourage growth factors.
We also use special hair growth serums that include a more natural approach that include protein peptides that help with cell regeneration.
Some ingredients include:
Palmitoyl Pentapeptide: 3 promotes and supports the synthesis of collagen and reduces the look of fine lines and wrinkles. This is the peptide known as Matrixyl.
Copper Peptides: improve circulation at that micro-level, allowing follicles to grow hair normally. They help increase oxygen by producing new blood vessels from old ones.
Rice Extract, Daucus Carota Callus Culture Extract, Chamaecyparis Obtusa Water, Avocado Extract, Hamamelis Virginiana Extract and many more… are all hair conditioning agents that are antioxidative complexing agents that help protect and promote hair growth.

Pre and After Care
Derma Roller vs. Microneedling Pen
Derma roller: small round roller with needles that roll over your skin. (We do not use this device as the rollers cause microtears in the skin vs. clean channels. Also, without appropriate sterilization, dermarollers can harbor harmful bacteria that can lead to infections, and melasma-brown patches on the skin.)
Microneedling pen: a pen device with an oscillating device that uses sterile disposable cartridges with needles penetrate the skin vertically.
